OTS provides on-site technical staff that have specialized technical skills in the area of CATV, IEEE Standards technology; and data communication skills associated with computer networking, PC networking, terminal/PC/printer connectivity. Additionally, this staff have a detailed knowledge of the site NMC, LAN construction and installation techniques, LAN troubleshooting, electronic repair, and the use of the network diagnostic/test equipment.
OTS employs at a minimum ONLY A+ Certified technicians to ensure a higher standard of support personnel. OTS also has Microsoft Certified Network Engineers (MCSEs), as well as Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) on staff.
